S’hail enhances opportunities for industry experts, local market

The sixth edition of S’hail 2022 – Katara International Hunting & Falcons Exhibition, which was well attended, will end on Saturday.

Qatar’s iconic falcon display, which highlights the importance of rich culture and heritage, kicked off on Monday with the participation of 180 companies specializing in hunting and falconry-related products from 20 countries.
The exhibition witnessed high profile visits by a number of dignitaries and sheikhs, in addition to a number of ambassadors accredited to Qatar, a statement from Katara – Cultural Village said.

On Friday, the exhibition recorded visits from H.E. Hamad bin Nasser al-Misned, Chairman of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority, and Dr. Hassan Rashid al-Derham, President of Qatar University, in addition to ambassadors from Armenia, Serbia, Sweden and Turkey.
Malika Mohammad al-Sharim, executive member of S’hail’s Higher Organizing Committee, said S’hail 2022 has proven to be a global success attracting major international companies specializing in falcons and hunting-related products. .
The activities and events offered by S’hail combine heritage, cultural, artistic and commercial values. She pointed out that the exhibition enhances the opportunities for encounters between industry experts, thus generating job opportunities and deals.

S’hail also contributes to energizing the local market with a view to safe shopping. He managed to draw people’s attention to the ancient Qatari heritage, highlighting the most important hobbies related to hunting and camping.
The pavilions of companies producing falconry products and hunting-related supplies are popular with visitors due to the variety of S’hail’s offerings.
Pavilions promoting caravans in S’hai have also been a favorite spot for lovers of hunting, adventure and off-road travel.
Since its launch six years ago, S’hail has allocated special space for the display of a luxurious selection of mobile caravans, locally manufactured and specially designed for desert conditions.

The caravans offered in this edition come in different sizes and different degrees of luxury, the largest of which is 24m long and 4.2m wide and contains two bedrooms, a majlis, a kitchen, bathrooms and a jacuzzi. Prices can reach up to QR 700,000 as these caravans are also equipped with huge water tanks with a capacity of around 700,000 liters, high quality sewage system, solar panels to make operate air conditioners and other appliances such as refrigerators and televisions, and satellite television. They have all the amenities and stylish interior and exterior designs.

According to the owners of the companies participating in the exhibition, the Qatari caravans are the result of their long experience in manufacturing as this industry has been localized since the 1980s to meet the growing demand.
And given the luxury of caravans and the convenience of moving from place to place, accommodation caravans will be among the many options available to people coming for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Caravans in Qatar and the region contain luxurious cabins, bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and boxes for storing fishing supplies. Caravans are also designed and equipped according to the model of cars that would tow them, and according to a customer’s wishes, the statement added.
