Northrop Grumman System Corp., San Diego, CAis assigned a $97,314,948 Amendment (P00007) to a previously awarded Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract (N0001921C0060). This modification exercises options to provide ongoing test, maintenance, logistics, and engineering support for MQ-4C Triton air vehicles, mission control, and operator training systems. This modification also provides ongoing Field Service Representative engineering support to ensure MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) aircraft are mission-capable for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions supporting the early operational capability and initial operational capability of aircraft. Additionally, this modification provides continued technical support for the Australian Navy and Government MQ-4C Triton UAS. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Maryland (36.5%); San Diego, California (22.5%); Jacksonville, Florida (7.7%); Mayport, Florida (6.5%); Baltimore, Maryland (5.3%); various locations outside of the continental United States (12.7%); and various locations in the continental United States (8.8%), and is expected to be completed in March 2023. Fiscal 2022 Aircraft Procurement Fund (Navy) in the amount of $40,000,000 ; Operations and Maintenance Fund (Navy) for fiscal year 2022 in the amount of $2,976,100; research, development, test and evaluation funds (Navy) for fiscal year 2022 in the amount of $1,000; Aircraft Procurement Fund for fiscal year 2021 (Navy) in the amount of $3,000,000; and foreign cooperative project funds in the amount of $238,232 will be committed upon grant, of which $2,976,100 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. the Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Marylandis the subcontracting activity.

Astro Machine Works Inc. Ephrata, Pennsylvania (N0017822D4401); M&S Machining Inc. Winchester, Kentucky (N0017822D4402); and Military Systems Group Inc., Nashville, Tennessee (N0017822D4403)receive a handset $72,600,000 firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for the manufacture, assembly, inspection and delivery of firearm system components. Each recipient will receive $500 (minimum contract guarantee per recipient) upon contract award. Work will be performed in the States of Winchester, Kentucky; Ephrata, Pennsylvania; Nashville, TN; and Pulaski, Tennessee. Work is expected to be completed by March 2027. Department of Defense (DoD) procurement funding for fiscal year 2020 in the amount of $1,000; and FY2022 research, development, test, and evaluation (DoD) funding in the amount of $500 will be committed at the time of award. DoD procurement funding for fiscal year 2020 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. All other financing will be made available at the level of the delivery note as the contractual actions are taken. AVIAN Inc., Lexington Park, Marylandis assigned a $12,077,437 fixed-cost and cost-reimbursable contract. This contract provides engineering, program management and administrative support for the design, execution, analysis, evaluation and reporting of tests and experiments for various aircraft, unmanned aerial systems, weapons and systems. of weapons in support of the Test and Evaluation Program Leadership Division within Naval Test Wing Atlantic at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aeronautical Division. Work will be performed at Patuxent River, Md., and is expected to be completed in April 2023. Aircraft procurement funds for fiscal year 2022 (Navy) in the amount of $210,000 will be committed at the time of the award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This market was awarded in competition via a small company set aside, three offers were received. the Naval Air Warfare Division, Patuxent River, Marylandis the subcontracting activity (N0042122C0020).

EGI HSU JV LLC, Rockville, Marylandis assigned a $9,526,683 Firm Fixed Price Work Order (N4008022F4073) under a Multi-Award Construction Contract (N40080-21-D-0027) for the Renovation of Wing “A”, Building 1500, at the naval support from Dahlgren. The works to be carried out include the interior renovation and transformation of the current spaces into administrative offices and support spaces. It will also provide upgrades to existing spaces including lab rooms, washrooms, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, workshop and loading areas, as well as exterior window replacement, electrical panel replacement and lightning protection. Work will be performed in Dahlgren, Va., and is expected to be completed by January 2024. Funds from the fiscal year 2022 Working Capital Contract (Navy) in the amount of $9,526,683 will be committed to this award. and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. . Rolls-Royce Corp., Indianapolis, Indianais assigned a $52,507,515 firm fixed price amendment (P00010) to a previously awarded indefinite delivery requirements contract (N6134019D0004). This amendment establishes an option to expand services and adds flight hours for mid-level and depot maintenance, logistics and engineering support for approximately 210 T-45 F405-RR-401 Adour engines in service. Work will be performed in Meridian, Mississippi (47%); Kingsville, TX (46%); Pensacola, Florida (6%); and Patuxent River, Maryland (1%), and is expected to be completed in June 2022. This modification exercises an option to provide continued flight test support for the V-22 aircraft in support of Navy, Air Force and Foreign Military Sales customers.
